An Elegant Southern Plantation Wedding - The bride and groom set up a candy table with pink, white, and chocolate candies, including jelly beans, taffy, chocolate-covered strawberry disks, and licorice for guests to enjoy. These paper doggie bags, bearing the couple’s wedding logo, encouraged guests to take some for the road.

A Rustic Destination Wedding - Since the best man owns his own all-natural nut butter company, the couple handed out packets of nut butter to the guests.

3.jpg

A Vintage Wedding at the Dream Ranch - The dessert table received a seasonal kick from peanut-covered caramel apples.

4.jpg

A Rustic Wedding - The creative couple made their own favors: mason jars filled with ingredients for baking cookies -- guests could choose between chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. They bought the jars online and filled them with the baking goods they bought at Sam’s Club. Then, they decorated them with ribbon and recipe cards stamped with a “thank-you.”

A Garden Wedding - The bride’s grandmother made chocolate chip cookies for the favors. They were given to guests in recycled craft paper bags, which the bride stamped with the words “everlasting love.”

6.jpg

A Modern Wedding - The guest’s escort cards did double-duty: The table numbers were printed on CDs, which were filled with music played throughout the day. The couple also included a note letting them know about their donations to two charities.

A Ranch Wedding - The bride gave her guests love straight from her oven. She baked homemade cookies and filled mini-jars with the treats, personalizing the favors with custom labels that also served as place cards.

8.jpg

A Rustic Wedding - Keeping with the tomato theme, the couple bought tomato-scented candles for guests. They were packaged in white boxes wrapped with brown ribbon to match the color palette.

A Beach Wedding - To bring the bride’s Japanese heritage into the mix (and because Ken doesn’t like champagne), the couple had a sake toast. They bought sake boxes for guests to use and take home, added their initials and wedding date, and stamped them with adorable “thank you” stamps.

A Traditional Wedding - In memory of Andrew’s late sister and in lieu of favors, the couple donated to two charities: Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan and Camp Casey. They let guests know by setting cards at their places.

An Outdoor Wedding - Each guest took home a tasty chocolate-covered candy apple, personalized with the couple’s monogram.

2.jpg

An Outdoor Wedding - The father of the bride provided the favors -- his homemade caramels, usually a special holiday treat. Shelly and Todd packaged them in small cardboard boxes tied with ribbon and jute.

3.jpg

A Modern Wedding - Guests helped themselves to a candy buffet where treats in the day’s colors were displayed in a variety of jars.

A Country Wedding

Traditional Wedding -  A basketful of flip flops were ready to be grabbed by guests so they could slip into something more comfy to dance away

6.jpg

Vignoble l’Orpailleur Wedding - For favors, this couple compiled mix CDs of songs that had played a role in their relationship, including their processional and first dance songs. They designed the cases out of 100-percent recycled materials.

7.jpg

Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party Combo - Peach ribbon was tied around the favor boxes to match the party’s color palette. Inside were candles and matchbooks that read, “Come on baby light my fire!”

8.jpg

A Destination Wedding - The bride didn’t want her guests to have to worry about traveling with favors, so she and her groom made chocolate almond toffee from a recipe she got from a San Francisco bakery. The groom’s sister and step-mother helped the couple package the toffee into the small cellophane bags tied with red grosgrain ribbon, and the bride printed and punched the edges of the cards.

A Traditonal Wedding - Boxes filled with the bride's favorite treat—chocolates—and tied with pink ribbon served as extra table decoration.

A Modern Wedding - Guests took home boxes of chocolates from Tripp's family ranch and Georgina's favorite -- crème de menthe -- fastened with an Irish coin.
